The Island's Premier Drama School, Established in 1993

Stage One was established in 1993 by Principal Jacqui Hawkes, Cert. Ed Drama (University of London). It started with one drama class of ten students aged 8 - 12 and over the years has grown into a thriving and popular school offering classes in Speech, Drama and Musical Theatre. There are currently 125+  students attending a total of twelve classes a week. In addition to weekly group lessons, we offer a Solo Skills class for students wishing to compete in The Manx Music Festival.

Students are prepared for Group exams following the Trinity Guildhall syllabus in Acting, Musical Theatre, Performance Arts and Choral Speaking.
